Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS), the American Society for Peripheral Nerve (ASPN), and the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (ASRM). The ASPS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

ASPN Designation Statement
The ASPS designates this live activity for a maximum of 13.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Of the 13.25 credits, 1.75 have been designated as applicable towards patient safety credits.

Joint Day Designation Statement
The ASPS designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Of the 3.00 credits, 0.75 have been designated as applicable towards patient safety credits.
