Photography and Media Release Policy
By registering for and attending this meeting, participants acknowledge and agree that the societies may photograph, record, or otherwise capture their image and likeness during meeting activities. The societies may use these photographs and recordings for educational, promotional, and informational purposes in print and digital formats, without compensation and in perpetuity.
