Is there a required template for my presentation?
No, there is no required template for your slideshow presentation. All PowerPoint presentations should be formatted to a 16:9 format. Please create your slides however you’d like and ensure that it will be presented in the allotted time given.
Do I need to upload my presentation beforehand?
ASPN Podium Presentations do not need to be uploaded before the meeting. Presentations must be uploaded to the Speaker Ready Room at least two hours prior to your session. You will need to provide your presentations to Speaker Ready on a USB/portable drive or have it available somewhere you can download onto a USB prior to arriving (i.e. Dropbox or Google Drive). Please note that individual laptop computers will not be allowed at the podium and the Presenter View feature is not available. We recommend that if you need your “Presenter View” notes that you print them in advance.
ASPN Distinguished Posters are required to submit their posters before the deadline. The upload link and deadline are emailed to all presenting authors. The electronic poster is the only presentation materials you are permitted during the session. (Abstracts: P. 1 – P. 20)

How long is my presentation?
The allotted time varies based on your abstract presentation type. Please see the allotted times below for each presentation type. Faculty speakers please refer to your invitation emails.
ASPN Oral Podium Papers: Range in length from 2-5 minutes for presentations, followed by discussion time from the audience. Please reference your acceptance email for time slot allotments.
ASPN Distinguished Poster Session: Two (2) minutes for presentation, one (1) minute for discussion. (Abstracts: P. 1 – P. 20)
ASPN Electronic Posters: There are no oral presentations for electronic posters, electronic posters are displayed during the entirety of the ASPN meeting.
When are electronic posters on display?
All electronic posters are displayed on electronic kiosk screens throughout the duration of the meeting program. The meeting encourages attendees to visit posters during all scheduled breaks in the program.
Do I need to register or reserve a room for the meeting?
Yes, all presenters and faculty are required to register and secure housing accommodation.
